My Guilty Pleasure. Dangerously good cookie!

A little while ago i wanted to experiment and make a               cookie for 2 people to share. I had been at a restaurant and got this type of cookie with my friend, i decided that i HAD to have the recipe. so i fiddled around until i got it!

                      Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Butter (softened)
  • 1/8 cup white sugar
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt (for extra flavor)
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/8 to 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375. In a small bowel, mix butter sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. In a separate bowl whisk egg. Take about 1 Tbsp or 1/4 of that egg and add it to the sugar mixture. Stir until creamy. add salt and baking soda. mix. Add vanilla and flour. mix. (if the mixture is too wet to form clean cookie dough ball add more flour)  Add chocolate chips. Cut parchment to fit pan; i use a small 4 inch spring form pan because it makes it easy to remove. however using a regular cookie sheet will also work. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes. mine usually take 13.
ENJOY!

DIY hair bows!

1. First, gather the materials. you'll need:
  • 3 fabric circles. (they are easy to make, if you don't already know how.)
  • your favorite button
  • 2 bobby pins
  • hot glue

2. Glue the sides of 2 circles together. they should overlap about 1/4 inch.
I found a bow like this one in my mom's hair drawer from a long time ago. I decided that it was adorable and i needed a hot pink one! Enjoy!

3. have the 2 attached circles facing up.
glue down the 3rd circle in the center, this should be facing up as well

4. glue down both sides of the top circle, so that it lays flat.

5. Glue the button in the center of the top circle.

6. glue down 2 bobby pins facing down (zig zag facing you)

Enjoy a snazzy new bow!
PS: forgive my PJ's...
